    The customer can request a quote for the selected product on the website, after which communication takes place by phone or email. <\/span><\/p>\n

    During the purchase process, the customer provides the necessary information.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Following the quote request, the system sends an automatic confirmation.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Delivery terms and costs are indicated during the order process.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.<\/span><\/p>\n

    8. Right of Withdrawal<\/b><\/h1>\n

    In accordance with <\/span>Directive 2011\/83\/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council<\/b> and <\/span>Government Decree 45\/2014 (II.26.)<\/b>, the consumer may <\/span>withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days<\/b> of receiving the product.<\/span><\/p>\n

    When exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer is obliged to return the product.<\/span><\/p>\n

    9. Warranty for Defects<\/b><\/h1>\n

    In the event of defective performance by the Service Provider, the user may assert warranty claims in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Warranty claims may be asserted <\/span>within 2 years<\/b> from the date of performance.<\/span><\/p>\n
