3. Basic Provisions
3.1. Hungarian law shall govern matters not regulated in these Terms and Conditions.
3.2. These Terms and Conditions are effective from January 1, 2019, and remain in force until revoked. The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms and Conditions.
3.3. The Service Provider reserves all rights to the website, any part thereof, and the content appearing thereon.
Downloading, electronic storage, processing, and sale of content appearing on the website or any part thereof is prohibited without the written consent of the Service Provider.
4. Registration / Purchase
4.1. Purchases in the webshop can be made without registration.
4.2. The customer is obliged to provide accurate information.
4.3. The Service Provider accepts no liability for damages resulting from incorrect or false information.

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify prices.
In the case of promotional prices, the Service Provider provides full information about the duration of the promotion.
In the event of an incorrect price being displayed, the Service Provider is not obliged to fulfill the order at the incorrect price.
6. Order Process
The customer can request a quote for the selected product on the website, after which communication takes place by phone or email.
During the purchase process, the customer provides the necessary information.
Following the quote request, the system sends an automatic confirmation.
6.1 Delivery
Delivery terms and costs are indicated during the order process.
7. Order Processing and Fulfillment
Orders are processed on business days.
Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
The Service Provider confirms order processing electronically in all cases.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council and Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), the consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days of receiving the product.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer is obliged to return the product.
9. Warranty for Defects
In the event of defective performance by the Service Provider, the user may assert warranty claims in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
Warranty claims may be asserted within 2 years from the date of performance.
